Warranties may change depending on the manufacturer/ installation crew assigned to each order.
20 year Limited Rust Through Warranty On:

12 Gauge Framing (Upgrade)
1 year Limited Rust Through Warranty On:
■ 14 Gauge Framing (Varies per Manufacturer/Installation crew)
1 Year Workmanship Warranty From The Date Of Installation

All warranties assume normal care and maintenance using mild soap and water. We do not recommend the use of any harsh chemicals. Warranties are limited and non-transferable.

Engineer Certification

All buildings pre-engineer the certification varies per manufacturing’s engineering.
Wind and snow loads will be determined per order.

Warranty Limitations.

a. Unlevel Installation Site Voids Warranty. Warranties shall be immediately void if the foundation is not level prior to
installation. Units installed on
an installation site that is not level may be installed “as is.”

b. Modification of Structure Voids Warranty. Warranties shall be immediately void if the buyer alters the unit in any
manner.

c. Baserail Leaks. Top Rank Steel Structures does not seal under the base of the unit and is not responsible for leaks
under the baserail.

This limited warranty does not apply in the following cases:

Attack from chemical agents, fumes, liquids, or solids other than direct rain falling onto product under warranty
Contact with soils, ashes, fertilizers or other moisture retaining substances
Failure to remove debris and/or failure to provide free drainage of water including internal condensation from all surfaces of the product Deterioration of the sheet caused by contact with green or wet timber or treated pine
Installations subject to unusually corrosive environments at any time in the future Storm and tempest or other acts of God
